INBA/PNBA JAPAN INTERNATIONAL GRAND PRIX ASIA NATURAL CHAMPIONSHIPSに出場される選手向けの、ProTan Japanオフィシャルスプレータンニング予約フォームです。

以下の必要事項をご入力のうえ、ご予約をお申し込みください。

スプレータンニングは、大会会場近くのスタジオにて実施いたします。

[Cancellation Policy / キャンセルポリシー]

If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us by email as soon as possible.
Please note that rescheduling is subject to availability.
The following cancellation fees will apply:
  • Cancellations made 7 to 2 days before the appointment: 50% of the total fee
  • Cancellations made the day before or on the day of the appointment: 100% of the total fee
  • No-shows: 100% of the total fee
ご予約のキャンセルまたは日時変更をご希望の場合は、できるだけ早めにEメールにてご連絡ください。
なお、日時変更は空き状況によりご希望に添えない場合があります。
キャンセルの場合、以下のキャンセル料が発生します。
  • 7日前～2日前のキャンセル：料金の50%
  • 前日・当日のキャンセル：料金の100%
  • 無断キャンセル：料金の100%

[Late Arrivals / 遅刻について]

If you expect to be late for your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.
If you do not arrive or contact us within 30 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be considered a no-show and will be canceled.
If you arrive late, your service time may be shortened, or we may not be able to provide all or part of your reserved service.
Please note that repeated late arrivals may result in us declining future reservations.
ご予約時間に遅れる場合は、遅れることが判明した時点で、できるだけ早くご連絡ください。
ご予約時間から30分を過ぎてもご来店またはご連絡がない場合は、無断キャンセル扱いとさせていただきます。
遅れてご来店された場合、施術時間を短縮させていただく場合や、ご予約いただいた施術の全部または一部をご提供できない場合があります。
また、遅刻を繰り返された場合、次回以降のご予約をお断りする場合があります。

[Important Notice / 注意事項]

If the competition is canceled or postponed due to circumstances related to the event organizer, or if public transportation is significantly delayed or suspended due to severe weather, no cancellation fee will be charged, provided that you contact us as soon as possible.
Please note that cancellation fees will still apply if an athlete withdraws from the competition due to personal reasons, injury, illness, or other circumstances unrelated to the event organizer.
主催者都合によるコンテストの中止・延期、または悪天候による公共交通機関の大幅な遅延・運休の場合は、その旨をできるだけ早くご連絡いただければ、キャンセル料は発生しません。
ただし、選手ご本人の都合、怪我、体調不良、その他主催者都合以外の理由による大会出場辞退の場合は、上記キャンセルポリシーに基づくキャンセル料が発生します。
