Ex Machina Galactica – Rockin'Jelly Bean Original Artwork List Request Form (International Shipping)

• This form is for requesting the original artwork list of Rockin'Jelly Bean.
For print works, a separate request form is available.
If you are interested in print works, please apply through the designated form.

• Online publication or reposting of the artwork list on social media or any other platforms is strictly prohibited.
If such activity is discovered, we will contact you and take appropriate action.

• This form is intended for individuals aged 18 and over.

• Upon receiving your request, we will send the artwork list by email after 12:00 PM on April 25, 2026.

• Please also check your spam or junk mail folder, as emails may be filtered automatically.

• If you are using a mobile email address, please check your spam filter settings and allow emails from the following addresses:

If you still do not receive the email, please use an alternative email address.

• Business Hours:

Sales Method

Original artworks by Rockin'Jelly Bean exhibited in Ex Machina Galactica will be sold via lottery from:
April 25 (Sat), 12:00 PM – April 27 (Mon), 7:00 PM, 2026

After this period, sales will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
(Print works will be available from the first day on a first-come basis.)

Lottery Application Period

April 25 (Sat), 12:00 PM – April 27 (Mon), 7:00 PM, 2026

How to Apply

Apply in person at the gallery, or request the artwork list via this form and submit your application online.

Lottery Application Details

  • You may apply for up to three choices (1st to 3rd preference).
  • Each artwork will be drawn among 1st-choice applicants only.
    If there are no 1st-choice applicants, the draw will proceed with 2nd-choice applicants (and so on).
  • Listing up to three choices is optional.
  • You may win multiple artworks.
  • No changes or cancellations are allowed if you win multiple works.
  • No changes or cancellations can be made after submission.

Announcement of Results

Results will be announced after 12:00 PM on April 28 (Tue), 2026,
via direct email notification to selected applicants.

Please note that we cannot respond to any inquiries regarding lottery results.

Notification to Winners

Winners will be contacted by email after 12:00 PM on April 28 (Tue), 2026.
Your win will be confirmed upon your reply.

If no response is received within 2 days, your right will be transferred to the next applicant.

Payment

Payment can be made via:

  • Bank transfer
  • Credit card (Visa / Mastercard / American Express / Discover / Diners Club / JCB)

For credit card payments, a payment link/invoice will be sent.

Please complete payment within 3 days of notification.
If payment is not confirmed within the deadline, the artwork will be released for first-come sales at the gallery.

Important Notes

  • Resale of purchased artworks is strictly prohibited.
  • Transfer or resale of purchase rights is strictly prohibited.
  • For online applications, orders placed under a different name from the form applicant will be considered invalid.

International Shipping

  • Original artworks will be shipped around mid-June 2026.
    (Shipping timing differs from print works. If both are purchased, they will be shipped separately.)
  • After shipping costs are confirmed, a credit card payment page will be provided.
  • A tracking number and shipping fee will be provided upon dispatch.
  • Shipping schedules are subject to change.

By submitting your application, you are deemed to have agreed to all of the above terms.
For shipments to the United States, we will use DHL for delivery.

Customs Duties

Customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Please apply only if you fully understand and accept this condition.

If customs payment is refused, the customer will be charged for the duties and any related handling fees.
