2025 New Year Reiju Ceremony Application Form

Thank you for registering for the 2025 New Year Reiju-kai Ceremony.
Gendai Reiki practitioners from both Japan and abroad will gather together for this event. We look forward to meeting you there.

Part 1: New Year Reiju Ceremony is open to 210 Gendai Reiki masters.
Part 2: New Year Koryukai is open to 210 masters who attended Part 1 and 24 Gendai Reiki practitioners of levels 1
           to 3.
Part 3: New Year Formal Dinner is open to everyone who wishes to participate.

[For first-time participants in the New Year Reiju-kai Ceremony since 2020] 
Please attach a photo of your most recent level certification in the attachment field of the application form. If you are unable to attach the photo, please email it to the administrative office within two days. Administrative office email: new.year.reijukai@gmail.com

[Part 3 – Dinner]
The cost of dinner at Meiji Kinenkan has increased by 1,000 yen, and the participation fee for dinner has also increased by 1,000 yen. We appreciate your understanding.

[Changes to Participation Slots and Additional Applications]
Once you have submitted your application, changes to your participation slot or additional applications for the Dinner cannot be made. Please consider carefully before applying.

[Payment Instructions] 
After confirming your application details, the administrative office will provide the payment instructions. (For international participants, PayPal instructions will be provided.) Please complete your payment within two weeks to finalize your registration.

[Tentative Reservation for Master Slots]
If you are currently at level 3 and plan to complete level 4 by December 31, 2024, you may apply for a tentative reservation for a master slot. If you plan to take level 4 in January 2025, please consult the administrative office.
★ For tentative reservations, please attach your level 3 certificate. 
★ In the remarks field, please provide the date you plan to take level 4 and the name of your master. 
★ After completing level 4, please email a photo of your level 4 certificate to the administrative office.

[Basic Guidelines for Holding and Attending Seminars]
In Gendai Reiki, it is prohibited to hold level 3 and level 4 seminars on the same day or consecutively over two days.
Please ensure there is a sufficient practice period between level 3 and level 4 seminars. Allow ample time to deepen your understanding of the essence of Reiki learned at level 3 before advancing to level 4.

[Cancellation Policy]
Please note that refunds will be issued minus any bank transfer fees.
★ Until December 25, 2024: Full refund.
★ From December 26, 2024, to January 9, 2025: 50% refund.
★ From January 10 to the event date: No refund will be provided.
★ For those who have applied for the Dinner: Since cancellations for meals at Meiji Kinenkan cannot be made after January 3, a 50% refund will be issued from the amount minus 13,000 yen for the Dinner.
