New Year Reiju Ceremony　Application Form

Thank you for applying for the 2024 New Year Reiju Ceremony.
After the pandemic, this is the first time in four years that we have been able to invite international guests to the New Year Reiju Ceremony.
In Part 3, Formal Dinner, we are planning a ceremony to celebrate Doi Sensei's 88th birthday and his retirement from the Ashiya Master Seminar.

Part 1: New Year Reiju Ceremony is open to 210 Gendai Reiki masters.
Part 2: New Year Koryukai is open to 210 masters who attended Part 1 and 
           24 Gendai Reiki practitioners of levels 1 to 3.
Part 3: New Year Formal Dinner is open to the first 135 participants of Parts 1 
           and 2.

Due to the post-pandemic economic situation, the cost of the venue and meals at the Meiji Kinenkan has increased, and we have no choice but to raise the registration fee. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

★Once you have submitted your application, you will not be able to change or add any participating parts.

★Applications will be closed once the maximum number of participants is reached.
★After seats are filled, we will accept applications for a waitlist. (Please write  "waitlist" in the remarks section of your application.)

[Payment of Participation Fee]
Upon receipt of your application, we will email you a PayPal account.
★Your application is complete upon receipt of the participation fee.
★Please make your payment within 2 weeks after submitting your application.

[For those who will attend the New Year Reiju Ceremony for the first time after 2020]
Please attach a photo of your Gendai Reiki certificate to confirm your level of completion.
(Level 4 certificate for masters, final level certificate for level 1 to 3 practitioners).
★If you have trouble attaching the photo, please send your name and the photo of your certificate to the following email address within 2days: reijukai2024@gmail.com
★Your application is not complete until you submit your certificate.

[Cancellation Policy]
Please note that refunds will be issued after deducting the transaction fee.
★By January 5, 2024: We will refund the full amount.
★January 6-12, 2024: We will refund 50% of the total amount.
★From January 13 to the day of the event: No refund.
