2026 New Year Goreikai (formerly Reijukai) Application Form

Thank you for applying to the 2026 New Year Goreikai Ceremony.
Please complete the application form and submit it.

[Application Start Date]  From August 15, 2025
[Application Deadline]  November 30, 2025. Registration will close once capacity is reached.
[Participation Fee]  After confirming your application, we will provide you with the PayPal payment details. Please note that payment can only be made via PayPal.

[Current Level 3 practitioner may make a provisional reservation in the Master category]
Applicants must have completed the Level 4 class by November 15, 2025, and be able to submit a photo of the Level 4 Gendai Reiki Master certificate by November 30, 2025.
★ Please attach a photo of your Level 3 certificate when applying today.
★ In the remarks section, please provide the scheduled date of your Level 4 class and the name of your master.
★ After completing Level 4, please send a photo of your Level 4 certificate to the office by email.

[For Those Who Do Not Want to Be Photographed or Included in the Participant List]
Photos taken at the New Year Goreikai will be shared on social media and other platforms.
★ If you do not want to be photographed, we kindly ask that you wear a mask and refrain from joining group photos, managing this yourself.
★ If you do not want your name included in the participant list, we kindly ask your understanding that only your country of residence and initials will be listed.
★ If you cannot agree to these conditions, we kindly ask that you refrain from participating.

[Cancellation policy]
Please note that refunds will be made after deducting the PayPal transfer fee.
★ Until December 15, 2025: Full refund
★ From December 16 to December 31, 2025: 50% refund
★ From January 1, 2026, to the event day: No refund

This name will be printed on your name tag and certificate of attendance.
Please make sure it is correct, as we will not be able to reissue the certificate if there is an error.

★ If this is your first time attending in a Master slot, please also attach a photo of your Level 4 Gendai Reiki Master certificate.

Food Allergy Information for Dinner Participants
★ If you have any food allergies, please list the specific ingredients.
★ You will be asked to submit the allergy declaration form required by Meiji Kinenkan at a later date.
★ Please note that personal food preferences cannot be accommodated.

★ If you wish to apply for a Master slot with a tentative reservation, please provide your planned Level 4 class date and the name of your Master. 
★ Please complete your Level 4 class by November 15, 2025, and send your Level 4 Master Certificate to us by November 30, 2025.
