オンラインサロン「NOAH」入会規約

本規約は、オンラインサロン「NOAH」（以下「当サロン」）の利用条件を定めるものです。入会を希望される方は、以下の内容に同意の上でお申し込みください。

1. 目的

当サロンは、合気道エクササイズ「AIKIX」の上達、およびメンバーの心身の健康と幸福感の向上を目的としたコミュニティです。

2. 会費および決済方法

  • 月額会費： 7,000円（税込）

  • 決済方法： PayPal（ペイパル）による定期支払いのみとなります。

  • 初回決済日を基準として、毎月自動的に決済が行われます。

3. 秘密厳守（情報の取扱い）

当サロンはクローズドなコミュニティです。安心・安全な環境を維持するため、以下の情報の外部漏洩を固く禁じます。

  • サロン内で提供される限定動画、テキスト、先行情報。

  • 他のメンバーの発言、活動内容、およびプライバシーに関わる一切の情報。 ※情報の外部公開を希望する場合は、必ず事前に運営側の許可を得てください。

4. 禁止事項

以下の行為が確認された場合、運営側の判断により強制退会処分とする場合があります。

  • 他のメンバーや運営者に対する誹謗中傷、迷惑行為。

  • 著作権を侵害する行為（コンテンツの無断転載・共有など）。

  • 運営の許可のない宣伝、勧誘、営業活動。

5. 退会について

  • 退会を希望される場合は、次回決済日の7日前までに所定の手続きを完了させてください。

  • 退会手続き完了後の返金、および日割り計算による払い戻しは行いません。

6. 免責事項

  • サロン内で紹介するワークやエクササイズの実践は、個人の責任において無理のない範囲で行ってください。実践に伴う怪我やトラブルについて、当サロンは一切の責任を負いません。

  • 決済プラットフォーム（PayPal）の不具合によるトラブルについては、当該サービスの規約に準じます。


Terms of Service for Online Salon "NOAH"

These Terms of Service outline the conditions for membership in the online salon "NOAH" (hereinafter referred to as "the Salon"). By applying for membership, you agree to the following terms:

1. Purpose

The Salon is dedicated to the mastery of the "AIKIX" bodywork method, as well as the improvement of members' physical and mental health and the enhancement of their overall well-being.

2. Membership Fee and Payment Method

  • Monthly Fee: 7,000 JPY (including tax)

  • Payment Method: Payments are accepted exclusively via PayPal (recurring subscription).

  • The membership fee will be automatically charged every month, starting from the date of your initial payment.

3. Confidentiality (Handling of Information)

The Salon is a closed community. To maintain a safe and secure environment, the disclosure of the following information to third parties is strictly prohibited:

  • Any limited-access videos, texts, or early-release information provided within the Salon.

  • Any comments or activities of other members, or any information related to their privacy.Note: If you wish to share any information externally, you must obtain prior permission from the administrator.

4. Prohibited Acts

The following actions are strictly prohibited. The administrator reserves the right to terminate membership without notice if a member is found to be:

  • Engaging in slander, harassment, or any disruptive behavior toward other members or the administrator.

  • Infringing on intellectual property rights (e.g., unauthorized reproduction or sharing of content).

  • Engaging in solicitation, advertising, or sales activities without the administrator’s permission.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • To cancel your membership, please complete the required procedures at least 7 days before your next scheduled payment date.

  • No refunds or pro-rated adjustments will be provided after the payment has been processed.

6. Disclaimer

  • Practice of the exercises and bodywork methods introduced in the Salon is at your own risk. The Salon assumes no responsibility for any injuries or issues that may occur during practice.

  • The Salon is not responsible for any issues arising from malfunctions of the payment platform (PayPal).
