FAQ
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in service will be started from 15:00
Check-out service will be closed at 11:00
※Early Check-in could NOT be arranged.


Is early or late check-in acceptable?
Please be noted that NO early Check-in could be arranged.
But for the late check-in, we have our staff 24 hours standby for you. 
※You are required to let us know in advance if you plan to check-in later than 22:00.

Do you have curfew?
No, we do not.
The room key provided to you during check-in can access both your room and the main entry without any limitations throughout your stay.


Can we do late check out?
Requests for late check-out are subject to availability and can be arranged by settling an additional charge as listed below:
Check out between 11:00 to 14:00: 30% of your room charge.
Check out after 14:00: 50% of your room charge.
Check out after 17:00: 100% of your room charge.


Do children have to pay?
We charge child who over 6 years old as same price as an adult.
For whom under 5 years old can sleep with an adult without charge, but 1 adult could only let 1 kid sleep with them.


Is there available courier service?
Yes, we could help you to arrange only with payment on arrival.

Can you keep our luggage before check-in?
Regarding to the baggage storage, it is our pleasure to let you enjoy your journey by lighten your loads no matter of before your check-in or after your check-out.

How could I keep my belonging safe?
All our room have its own safety box. 
However, it is always better to take your precious belonging with you when you go out.



【Restaurant】


We booked “Room only” plan. Can we add breakfast?
Yes, you can. 
Our breakfast could be arranged for reservation with the price of JPY2,000 per one if needed. 
You are welcomed to make the breakfast reservation by 20:00 the day before.

Yes, you can.

Is there any vending machine?
Yes, on the first floor.

Is there any microwave?
Yes, at SHARING SPOT on the first floor.

Is there have Wi-Fi?
Yes, and it free of charge for the guests as well as restaurant customer.

Is there any launderette?
Yes, at common shower room on the first floor.

Is there a smoking area?
The hotel is a non-smoking facility.
However, smoking is allowed in the destinated area. We have two smoking areas, one outdoor, and one indoor.


Is there any shuttle service?
No, we do not.
